It is single component and is a ready to use product.RECOMMENDED USESIt can be used on all types of concrete substrates for;• Roofs• Toilets• Wet rooms• Parking decks• Basements• Balconies• Planter boxes• Lift pitsSUBSTRATE PREPARATIONBefore the application of Bostik NC WP, all surfaces must be clean, dry and structurally sound. The substrate must be free of voids, curing compounds, sharp objects, laitance, loose material, oil, grease, sealer and other contaminants.Bostik NC WP must not be applied to surfaces that are moist or damp. Applications to these surfaces can result in adhesion failure and surface bubbling of the membrane.New concrete must be cured for 28 days. Mortar beds and cement render must be cured for 7 days. Do not apply over concrete slab containing moisture above 15%. Holes, non-structural cracks over 5mm and other particularly rough surfaces must be repaired using suitable repair mortar.APPLICATIONBostik NC WP can be applied using brush or roller.Ensure no bubbles forming on the surface membrane. after applying the first coat, allow it to dry for 1 – 2 hours, it is depends on the humidity and weather.Apply second coat after first coat is fully cured. Ensure the surface is fully cover and uniform. Thickness of each coat can be apply at about 0.5mm per layer.Bostik NC WP should be protected with Bostik Screed WP after completion of water ponding test.RECOMMENDED COVERAGE2 coats at 1kg/m2/coat.Note : For the whole system required, layer or number of coating is only for reference, and subject to substrate condition. Therefore to achieve accuracy and reliable results, it should follow the consumption usage as per recommendation.
