Description:
SK Gloss Undercoat is a quick-drying, oil-modified alkyd based undercoat which is specially formulated for primed metal, woodwork and previously painted surfaces. This undercoat promotes excellent hiding power, brush ability, and acts as a sound base and good adhesion prior to painting the SK Gloss.

Surface Preparation:
Ensure that the surfaces to be painted are dry and free from dirt, grease and other contaminants. For previous painted surfaces, scrape off the loose and flaking paint film. Defective areas should be sanded and smoothened. For metal surfaces, remove rust thoroughly from ferrous substrate by wire brushing. Then, smoothen the surface with sandpaper. Finally clean and dry it.

Touch Dry: 2 hours
Hard Dry: 6 hours
Re-coating Interval: 8 hours
Theoretical Coverage: 5.00-6.67m² per liter per coat

Direction for Use:
– Stir well before use. Application can be done by brush, roller or sprayed on.
– If necessary, thin down with max. 10% of thinner.
– Allow 8 hours drying before re-coating.
– Clean up all equipment immediately after use.
