MAPEFLEX MS 45
One-component, mould-resistant, thixotropic, quick-hardening hybrid sealant and adhesive with a high modulus of elasticity. Also suitable for damp substrates
MAPEFLEX MS 45 is the universal flexible sealant and adhesive, compatible also with damp substrates.

It seals and bonds the most common building materials, on dry and wet substrates, even in the most adverse conditions. Flexible, paintable and quick-hardening, MAPEFLEX MS 45 is available in white, light grey 111, dark grey 113, brown and black.

It is ideal for sealing expansion, fillet and distribution joints, on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. It can be used in interior and exterior, replacing or supplementing mechanical fasteners.

MAPEFLEX MS 45 has excellent resistance to mould growth in interior, is solvent-free, odourless and has very low emissions of VOC.
