Product Description:
CT-Under Roller is a special silicate-inorganic bonding agent helps to build up an excellent adhesive strength which eventually forms a tough coating against external contamination with a relatively strongbonding with the substrate.

Product Features:
 It is type of energy-saving inorganic coating which basically incombustible, an alternative forconventional synthetic resin spray coating.
 It is environmentally friendly and super durable against weathering. It provides excellent dirt resistance.
 The coating provides indoor fire-proofing.
 Its micro granular binder creates an inorganic polymer composite resulting in a high degree ofhardness and durability.
 Its ultra fine particle in silica will suspend in water and as the water or moisture evaporates, it will adhere to each other hence forming high density film of base coat.
 Excellent alkaline resistance preventing whitening of the subsequent coatings.

Recommended Uses:
Exterior decorations for residential buildings, condominiums, commercial buildings, offices, factories,educational institution, public amenities, etc. Also for concrete, plaster, masonry surfaces, GRC panel and PCpanel.

Application Methods:
1) Brush / Roller : Dilute with 0-3% by weight of water
2) Cleaning Procedure : Clean up equipment with water immediately after use.

Surface Preparation:
Surface should be dry and free from dirt, dust, oil, grease and other foreign matters. All cracks anduneven surfaces should be treated. Avoid painting when the moisture content and the alkalinity of the walls are still high.

Masonry and Mortar Substrate
Masonry surfaces may peel due to efflorescence, where soluble salts are present. It is thereforeessential to treat the surfaces free from dirt, dust, oil, grease and foreign matters. Environmental determinants like humidity can also cause structural or superficial cracks with mortar. Restorationwork should be carried out to amend these problems prior to the application of paint. If efflorescenceis also evident, it must be removed before repainting. Remove all flaking or chalking paint from thedamaged area by wire brushing or sandblasting. If surface is porous, apply SK Floor Filler, an epoxyresin-based cementitious conditioner to mend the surface.
