1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the basis on which INGTER PAINT CENTER SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202101000137 (1400435-V)) ("we", "us", "our") accepts cancellations, returns and refunds in respect of physical goods that you order from us through our website at https://ingtertrd.com.my (the "Website") and that are shipped or delivered to you.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, each of which forms part of the agreement between you and us. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or exclude any right you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other applicable Malaysian law that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Role of the Payment Processor

Payments made on the Website are processed by Bayarcash Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202201040365) of Kota Bharu, Kelantan, Malaysia (the "Payment Processor"). The Payment Processor acts solely as an independent third-party provider of payment-processing services. It is not the seller, supplier, merchant of record or counterparty to any purchase, and it does not own, control or operate the Website.

INGTER PAINT CENTER SDN. BHD., and not the Payment Processor, is the seller of record and your sole counterparty in respect of any order, the goods supplied, their delivery, and any cancellation, return or refund. All questions concerning your order, delivery, returns or refunds must be directed to INGTER PAINT CENTER SDN. BHD. in the first instance using the contact details in Section 7. Where a refund is approved, INGTER PAINT CENTER SDN. BHD. instructs the Payment Processor to return the relevant funds; the Payment Processor does not itself decide whether a refund is due.

2. Cancellation Prior to Shipment

If you cancel your order before it ships from our warehouse, you will not be charged any cancellation fee.

2.1 How to Cancel

To cancel an order before shipment, you must submit a cancellation request by emailing us at sales@ingtertrd.com.my and quoting your order number. To allow us to stop an order before it is dispatched, we recommend that you submit any cancellation request within 12 hours of placing your order.

2.2 Effect of Cancellation Before Shipment

Once we receive and accept a cancellation request for an order that has not yet shipped, we will initiate a full refund of the amount paid for that order in accordance with Section 5.

2.3 Cancellation After Shipment

A change of order, or cancellation of an order, will not be permitted once the order has shipped. Any cancellation requested after shipment, or any cancellation due to a change of mind, will not be accepted except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to reject any cancellation or refund request that we reasonably consider unfit or unreasonable.

3. Returns

The following terms govern your eligibility to return physical goods after shipment or receipt.

3.1 General Rule

All goods sold are non-refundable except where the goods are affected by one of the following:

Failed delivery	The goods were not delivered to you.
Wrong delivery	You received goods other than those you ordered.
Damaged in transit	The goods were found to be damaged upon receipt.

3.2 Eligibility Conditions

A return request will only be considered where:

• The goods were purchased directly from the INGTER PAINT CENTER SDN. BHD. online store on the Website; and
• One of the grounds in Section 3.1 applies.

Any INGTER PAINT CENTER SDN. BHD. product purchased through another retailer or reseller is not eligible under this Policy and must follow that retailer's own returns and refunds policy.

3.3 Incorrect Goods

Goods are treated as incorrect, and may be eligible for return, where:

• The item is not the item you ordered;
• The size or colour differs from what is indicated on your order summary; or
• Items are missing from the packaging.

3.4 Damaged Goods

Goods are treated as damaged, and may be eligible for return, where the item is found to be damaged upon receipt. Goods that have been tampered with, refurbished or modified are not eligible. Returns are accepted only for a complete INGTER PAINT CENTER SDN. BHD. product, and you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning the goods to us.

4. Returned Items Requirements

To be accepted, returned items must meet all of the following requirements:

Return window	The item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days of receipt, as evidenced by the postal or courier receipt.
Proof of purchase	You must provide proof of purchase, including the order invoice number and receipt.
Condition	The item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging together with any free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
Protective packaging	The item must be returned in its original box (or at least suitable packaging) to protect the product from damage during return delivery.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.

5. Refund Process

5.1 Inspection

Your refund will be assessed once we have received and examined the returned goods at our return centre. Where the returned goods satisfy this Policy, we will approve the refund and instruct the Payment Processor to credit the amount due.

5.2 Method and Timing of Refund

The method of refund depends on your original payment method:

Refunds are made to the original payment method only. Indicative timings are estimates and the actual time to receive funds depends on your bank or card issuer, which is outside our control and that of the Payment Processor.

6. Fraud, Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe there is a problem with a charge, please contact us first at sales@ingtertrd.com.my so that we can review the order and arrange any refund that is properly due under this Policy, rather than raising a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Working with us directly is usually the fastest way to resolve a billing concern.

We and the Payment Processor may decline, hold or cancel any transaction that we reasonably consider to be fraudulent, unauthorised or otherwise unlawful, and may carry out identity-verification and screening checks where required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 ("AMLA") and related law. Personal data processed for these purposes is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") and our Privacy Policy.
